We’re Recruiting: Relationship Manager (Builders)

Flexible, Family Friendly Role

Innovative Australian Company

.

ProCalc’s growing and we’re looking for a Relationship Manager (2-4 days a week) who is located in Australia.

ProCalc has changed the way builders work, saving them up to 4 days of work each month; and delivering much better customer experiences.

The focus of this role is to reach out to residential builders, using various methods/technologies, to help them dramatically improve their business.

This is not a ‘hard sell’ role, more a relationship building/educating job.

Your Key Skills/Characteristics

  • You understand the challenges residential builders face. You might be a builder, a builder’s wife/girlfriend (or family member) or have experience working with builders (as a contractor, service provider or employee). You understand how hard builders need to work to deliver great projects. You have a personal connection with residential building.
  • You’re a sound communicator. You’re happy to listen before you speak so you can support two-way communication between yourself and those you engage with. Empathy and active listening are a part of your communication style.
  • You have a strong and independent work ethic. You operate well without heavy supervision and understand that results aren’t always immediate. Instead, you work to initiate relationships that eventually lead to value for you and the other person.
  • You possess a genuine desire to make a difference. That is, whether at work or in your personal life, you work to improve the situation for yourself and those around you. You believe life’s good, but you actively work to make it better.

If you’re looking for a role that will grow with you, already has perfect product/market fit and genuinely helps thousands of people, please respond by filling out this brief questionnaire. It asks a few key questions to determine if we might be a good fit for one another.

Your enquiry will be treated as confidential and you details will not be shared. Remuneration is commensurate with experience/expertise.
